Tourism Management Major Holds
International Accreditation Promotion Meeting
On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, the tourism and social administration college held an meeting to advance international accreditation. The leadership and faculty members of the tourism management attended the meeting. The aim of this meeting was to promote the internationalization of tourism education and enhance the international competitiveness of tourism program.
The meeting began by summarizing the progress made in the preliminary stages of international accreditation, expressing gratitude for the strong support and cooperation from the college's leadership and the members of the international accreditation team. The liaison officer of the international accreditation team presented the feedback from the accrediting organization and outlined the next steps for accreditation requirements. The meeting also detailed the work that needs to be done in areas such as student training, teaching methods, and faculty training, emphasizing the importance and urgency of international accreditation for the tourism program.
International accreditation is an effective means to improve the quality of tourism education and cultivate international talents.
